Captain / Bus Driver
I never planned to be a detox coach.
I’ve spent the last few decades navigating in and out of different health modalities, hoping something would “stick” so I could go back to the life I had envisioned before I became ill. I’d planned to teach ancient art history and become a famous painter. At the time when illness happened in my mid-twenties, it was a rare experience for someone so young, and there wasn’t much help to be found. Most around me either couldn’t understand what I was going through or thought I was making it up.
Sound familiar?
Certainly, test results confirmed I wasn’t feeling well, but as for how to fix it – that wasn’t easy to come by. Each practitioner I saw had good ideas and many of them helped, but a lot of the things I tried didn’t “stick”. Chances are, if you’ve read this far, you feel the same way. I spent enough time trying different modalities to learn that what seemed most effective was deeply cleansing and nourishing the body’s terrain, so I set out to find the most efficient methods available.
Origin story:
I had unusual, chronic health patterns at a young age that would later prove to have been heavy metals and chemical poisoning. I grew up in an artist family surrounded by carpentry, machining, and professional autobody painting and racing, keeping me in close proximity to high levels of chemical toxicity. Throughout having delicate health issues, I pushed as hard as I could through college until family tragedy struck. After the death of multiple family members, my brother chose to end his life. Having a nervous breakdown was the last straw, and the resultant health collapse would shift my life’s path forever.
I was eventually diagnosed with ptsd, chronic fatigue, and heavy metals poisoning, which set me on a new life path of learning how to rebuild my spiritual and physical resilience. Life became about understanding the complexity of healing from great tragedy and toxicity - and how to help others along each turn of that path. Life is rarely what we had planned to do - but rather the continual, alchemical evolution into the personal splendor we were always meant for.
The subtle voice that kept me going:
When I first became chronically ill, I was so depleted that I couldn’t get out of bed for most of the day. I’d gone from being an overachiever of working full-time and going to school, to being catatonic and unable to drive a car. During that initial phase of chronic illness, I kept hearing a faint, futuristic, inner voice say that through this experience, I would open a “Spectral Temple”. Fresh off an art history degree, I thought I was envisioning a contemporary gallery that was fashioned after ancient church naves. As the years of searching for health answers went on, I began to understand where that future voice was leading me. It was leading me to open a community to teach others how to reclaim their spiritual and physical health through efficient detoxification.
I’m passionate about the art of detoxification and healing culture. I have been a professional health coach for many years now, including having been the lead support for an international detoxification community for two years, and I have guided hundreds of people through detoxification. I’m certified in many belief and energy healing modalities, I’ve attended a functional medicine academy, and I am a certified regenerative health practitioner. I utilize subconscious belief work, dietary focus, regenerative superfoods, traditional herbal cleanses, Chinese medicine food-based enzyme cleansing methods, iridology, molecular hydrogen therapy, and redox technology to alchemize solutions to help you succeed in regaining your right to vibrant health.
The process of learning to create a life for myself that included all that I was with all that I’d become through healing wasn’t easy. My upbringing and life felt so unusual that I didn’t really “fit in” with most life genres. I like to joke that I’m the product of a redneck and a metaphysician, and that it shows. I’m the product of being raised in a carpentry, machine, and autobody shop that built hydroplane boats and custom recreational racing vehicles. I was raised on all manner of race tracks, (lots of) guns, Country Western, Tejano, Huapango, and classical music; I studied ballet and flute, and am a classically trained painter and vocalist, including operatic studies. I hold a studio degree in painting with an emphasis on ancient Middle Eastern art. My specialty is anthropological and metaphysical pattern recognition, and understanding how current cultural expressions have developed. Blending a blue-collar engineering, academic, and metaphysical upbringing is the core of how I developed an unusual way of understanding not only the world, but also how to heal the body, mind, and spirit.
I didn’t want to leave any of me behind, and figuring out how to take all of the parts of me with me into a world of healing modalities was quite a trick. As I continued to refine my ability to be who I am within the stark contrast of the health and healing world, I’ve realized that my life experience is reflective of the macrocosm most find themselves in. Acknowledging and valuing all of your contrasting pieces and the way they’ve fit together is an important part of how we heal. Bringing all of your parts and pieces with your healing journey is how we build a more vibrant and spectral world. If we’re going to restore this world to its splendor, we’re going to need all of our vibrant uniqueness! I

Before all things I am an investigator. I have spent my life seeking to understand not only the relationships between the physical and energetic world, but why so many people believe themselves separate from both. I’ve studied sciences, arts, and spiritual practices to understand the way that life weaves itself.
Even though this is an unending mission, the revelation of interconnectedness has brought me to frequency healing, belief work, meditation, Myofascial release, detoxification, and regenerative health. Each modality addresses embodiment from a different angle. It is our separateness, from our own energy, the natural world, each other, and our interconnected cycles that has led us to individual and collective states of disease and distress. When we come back into coherence with ourselves, we come back into balance with the world around us.
I started studying anatomy and physiology 25 years ago to understand the systems of the body and their interdependence. Working as a myofascial release practitioner for those years gave me a deep understanding of how we hold emotion and trapped energy in our tissues, and how energy trapped in the fascia of the body leads to disease, distress, or physical handicap. Through the years of practicing body work, I became increasingly aware that I was intuitively experiencing my clients’ symptoms of distress. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the concepts of energy exchange and quantum entanglement. It then became clearer over time that not all of our symptoms may come from our own experiences. For us to find sovereignty, we would have to detangle our emotions and beliefs from those we adopted from others.
This understanding led me to gather a more complete profile of modalities including methods of changing limiting beliefs, releasing emotional charge, and the art of detoxification. Each approach addresses a different vantage point of reality. The foundation of my work has become the facilitation of detangling the self from the perceived identity of self. There was still a physical aspect of the detangling process missing which brought me to studying detoxification. From there, I began to learn how to increase the body’s electrical charge, cellular communication, and conductivity of the cells. The belief work when combined with cellular regeneration gives us a map to guide ourselves back to our original blueprint, before we contorted ourselves around our environment. Simply put, we remove the roadblocks and increase usable fuel to enable optimal function.
I come from a hybrid family of musicians, artists, and engineers, which produced many different kinds of neurodivergence. I have witnessed these genius-level creatives become more and more debilitated by their own gifts due to environmental toxicity, unresolved trauma, limiting societal programming, and generational reinforcement. I have experienced my own lifetime of depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking and behavior, disassociation, self-destructive behavior, and searching for answers to all of these issues. As a musician, artist, student of the sciences, and a student of the divine, I have made my life’s mission about helping humanity heal through creative transmutation by utilizing each of our own genius.
I believe we are all artists, musicians, and scientists. We are inherently creative beings, who when in a state of safety and ease, naturally find ourselves playing with the boundaries of our realities and environments. Each of us are completely unique, complex symphonies of frequencies and harmonics that when in inner balance, reflect both the Earth’s vibration and the universe around us. The lived human experience is to explore the boundaries of our collective understanding.
I have been my own experiment first in all things to understand what blocks us from our own inherent wisdom, and what great reasons we all might have to avoid it. In truth we are already complete, we need only to uncover what was always there.
